pdLIFE supports people with Young-Onset Parkinson’s through weekly high-intensity exercise classes and monthly social events that promote physical fitness, connection, confidence, and an active lifestyle.
Our programs provide opportunities to stay moving, build community, and connect with others who understand the unique experience of living with Parkinson’s at a younger age.

Monthly social outings provide opportunities for people with YOPD to build meaningful connections, strengthen their sense of community, and enjoy life beyond Parkinson’s.
These outings foster friendships and peer support while encouraging participants to remain socially active and engaged.
The Young Onset Parkinson’s Network (YOPN) was founded by Anna Grill, a person with Young Onset Parkinson’s, to feature education and services for the YOPD community, by the YOPD community.
