DONATE YOUR DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

We've partnered with the ALS Association of Florida to donate much needed durable medical equipment to those in need. If you have equipment you'd like to donate:  

  • Read the How-To below.
  • Download and send the donation form to the ALS Association. 
  • They will contact you to schedule an equipment pickup.
